Disability, chronic disease and age should not deter any person from maintaining a healthy sex life, but new accommodations of often needed to allow people to access that pleasure safely and effectively. The thigh strap-on is used for penetration. Strap-ons may be beneficial for individuals with genital injuries, erectile dysfunction, woman partners, transgender individuals, spinal cord injury, cerebral palsy, and spina bifida. The thigh strap-on is wrapped around the thigh to allow for penetration with a partner or during masturbation.
